Katy McGregor

Katy joined LHA in October 2022 in the role of Asset Assistant having just graduated from the Glasgow School of Art with a BA (Hons) in Architecture. She is one of the newest members of the Property Services team but has a wealth of experience from her background in architectural studies. During her studies, Katy specialised in stone masonry detailing and building conservation and enjoys participating in architectural design competitions in her spare time. Notably, Katy was nominated for the RIBA Presidents Medal for her fourth-year research project, which focused on interviewing people who had worked on the Scottish Parliament building. Additionally, Katy has over 10 years of experience working in customer service jobs, where she has developed a strong work ethic and takes pride in delivering excellent customer-focused service. Within her new role here at LHA, Katy hopes to provide administrative support and develop her knowledge and skills of the asset function. In addition to monitoring tenant satisfaction, Katy is determined to help LHA in its goal to deliver high-quality service to customers and be a good addition to the LHA community.
