If you have any questions about your tenancy, including changes such as keeping a pet or how to end your tenancy, you can discuss these with your Housing Officer. Simply, pick up the phone or drop us an email.

LHA provide factoring services to 450 homeowners and private landlords.
Support
If you are finding that your circumstances have changed or you are struggling with your energy bills, our inhouse Welfare Rights Team and Temporary Energy Adviser can help you.
Complaints
Here at Linthouse Housing Association we do all we can to get it right first time – but we know that sometimes that might not be the case. If you are dissatisfied with any part of our service we want our community to let us know, our staff will listen, hear, and act to stop it happening again.
