Campbell Kevin

Kevin Campbell Wider Role Manger 

Kevin started as the lead officer in LHA new in-house welfare rights team in August 2019. Following graduating from University, he worked as an intern with Renfrewshire Council, eventually becoming a Welfare Right’s Officer with the local authority and assisting residents with benefit enquiries, applications, and tribunals. During this time, he also worked as part of the Connect4Renfrewshire Project, building closer links between Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire Association of Mental Health, Renfrewshire Credit Union and three housing associations in Renfrewshire.

Paterson Gail

Gail Paterson Community Empowerment Officer

Gail joined the Association in September 2021 as the new Community Empowerment Officer.

Gail has worked in social care for over 25 years in a variety of settings, both statutory and third sector organisations and will be working to the priorities of the local community, assisting LHA to develop and deliver their community empowerment plan and delivering their annual calendar of community engagement events.

Connor McLean Welfare Rights Officer 

Connor began working for Cassiltoun Housing Association through the Community Job Fund Scheme and worked there for almost 7 years before moving to Linthouse to take up the post of Welfare Rights Assistant in 2019.

Thomson Jennifer

Jennifer Thomson Tenancy Support Officer 

Jenny has over a decade of social care experience, working with adults with Mental Health and Additional Needs before moving into homelessness support services with Turning Point Scotland, helping people and families settle into new homes after experiencing homelessness. Jenny's experiences allow her to have a wide knowledge and understanding of any social issues that may be affecting your tenancy, and can support you to access the right services to help you have a better quality of life within your tenancy. 

Mcnee Shannon

Shannon McNee Modern Apprentice - Wider Role

Shannon worked in hospitality and retail for 6 years, she started volunteering at Linthouse Housing Association in 2024. She wasn't sure what full-time career she wanted to pursue, and after some time here, Shannon decided that she wanted to further pursue Housing in Linthouse and applied for the modern apprenticeship position at the start of 2025, to further her knowledge and begin my career in Housing.
