In late 2018 an exciting opportunity for promotion arose within our newly formed Asset Management team. Derek applied for it and was appointed to the new post of Asset Manager.
Derek’s knowledge of our IT systems, processes and over 20 years’ experience of working at the Association will help us to achieve our goal of investing wisely in our housing stock.
