Alison Greig Corporate Services Manager
Alison joined the Association in October 2016 as Business Support and Corporate Services Officer to support the work of the CEO on Corporate Governance. She was promoted to the new role of Corporate Services Manager in 2019, responsible for managing and supporting robust corporate governance, regulatory compliance, monitoring performance management, and managing the wider corporate services functions.
She holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked in the voluntary sector for over 20 years, mainly supporting other third sector organisations with areas such as governance, operational and strategic management, and fundraising amongst other things.
Colin Jones ICT Manager
Colin Joined LHA as ICT Manager in June 2022 bringing with him over 8 years in experience as an ICT Manager.
Colin is part of the Corporate Services Team and is responsible for developing, maintaining and delivering our ICT Strategy as well as maintaining and improving LHA’s technical systems to ensure Information and Communications Technology is in everything we do.
Emma Shaw Corporate Services Assistant
Emma joined our Corporate Services Team in August 2022. Emma has previous experience in administration and some recruitment experience from her last job as a recruitment consultant. Emma is now looking to widen her knowledge and skills within our Corporate Services team. Emma is now undertaking an SVQ Level II in Business Admin.
Danielle McInnes Finance Officer
Danielle joined LHA in August 2019, she has 12 years of housing experience. She worked as a finance assistant in a housing association in Ayrshire for 10 years before joining LHA. She has completed CIH SVQ Level 2 & 3 in housing and has an HNC in accounts.
Sandra McGillivray Factoring and Finance Officer
Sandra is currently our Factoring and Finance Officer at Linthouse Housing Association, she has over 25 years experience within the Housing and Homeless Sector and have carried out many roles within these sectors which enables her to have the skills to carry out the duties required to provide an excellent customer facing role to our tenants/residents at Linthouse Housing Association.
Hollie McGuinness Finance Assistant
Hollie started in Linthouse in 2018 as a Modern Apprentice within the customer service team. During her time as modern apprentice Hollie gained CIH Level 3 in Housing Practice coupled with SVQ Level 6 in Housing. Hollie also spent time assisting within the finance and corporate services department as well as the asset management team, where Hollie supported the team with clerical support. Hollie moved to finance on a temporary basis in November 2021 to assist with both finance and factoring administration duties. In February 2022 Hollie secured a permanent contract in this role and is now working towards HNC in accounts.
Margaret Heaney Cleaner
Margaret provides cleaning support to our tenants at Elder House as well as maintaining our office facilities.
