The Nook from SAMH
The Nook is a welcoming, accessible and safe place for anyone to visit and speak about their mental health.
It offers free mental health support 7 days per week, without the need for an appointment or a GP's referral; anyone can walk through the door and get support.
The Nook is in Glasgow’s Merchant City, at Brunswick House, 51 Wilson Street, and will be open 10 am-4 pm, seven days a week.
