Dig In Community Greengrocers and Glasgow University are setting up an affordable fresh fruit and vegetable stall in Govan this spring and are looking for people to take part in research to help see if the stall makes any difference to people's diet and healthy eating.
Dig In Community Greengrocers and Glasgow University are setting up an affordable fresh fruit and vegetable stall in Govan this Spring but, before it starts, they are recruiting people to take part in research to understand the local community’s diet, food shopping habits, and knowledge about healthy eating and to see if the fruit and vegetable stall has any impact on this.
Participants will be asked to complete a questionnaire and a 7-day food purchasing diary now, at 6 months and 12 months and as a token of appreciation, they will receive a £15 voucher each time.
