Linthouse Transforms Local Pub Into Accessible Homes
The Vital Spark, a former pub on Govan Road, has been given a new lease of life after being transformed into two fully accessible flats by Linthouse Housing Association.
Working in partnership with construction and manufacturing specialist CCG (Scotland) and HOOS Development, Linthouse Housing Association has completed the conversion of the Vital Spark into two modern, accessible homes.
The project has seen the building carefully converted into one fully wheelchair-adapted flat and a second that is designed to meet the needs of residents with mobility requirements.
