Paul Phin

Paul was co-opted back onto the Management Committee in 2022 after living in Barcelona for 12 years. He had previously served on the Committee for several years up to 2010 having moved to Linthouse in 2001. Originally from Kirkcudbrightshire, he has a strong interest in providing good quality, sustainable housing which helps to create strong local communities. Paul feels urban and rural communities face very different challenges and he is convinced that LHA can lead the way in transforming the area along with local partners.
