Sharon Flynn

Sharon joined the Association in July 2022 as Interim Housing Manager and has over 35 years of operational and senior management experience in the social housing sector gained both within large housing and care providers and small community based organisations.  Sharon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and holds a postgraduate Diploma in Housing from Glasgow University and a bachelor’s Diploma in Management.

Sharon has also carried out various voluntary roles within the housing sector as a Board member and mentor and aims to ensure continuous improvement in the services we deliver to customers.
