Mutual Exchanges
This is an arrangement whereby two or more tenants agree to “swap” houses on a permanent basis. As a Linthouse Housing Association tenant you could look to exchange with someone whose house is owned by: -
YOU MUST NOT EXCHANGE UNTIL ALL TENANTS HAVE RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM THEIR OWN LANDLORD.
You are not allowed to exchange houses without our written permission.

- Another Housing Association
- Linthouse Housing Association
