This term on bills is used where grass cutting, weeding and general tidying up of common landscaped areas is carried out and the cost is shared between residents
Due to the number of areas we cannot put great detail on individual bills and in most cases the costs are relatively low.
In the case of the Ridgeway Park Estate this relates to the landscaping, grass cutting and de littering of the grassed areas on the periphery of the estate.
We do not carry our environmental works on individual’s private gardens.
