Factoring Charges
Linthouse Housing Association issue accounts on a bi-annual basis in March and September of each year. The September account covers the period 1st April – 30th September while the March account relates to 1st October – 31st March.

Payments of accounts should be made within 14 days. If you wish to inspect any of the invoices for which you have been recharged these will be available for inspection during that 14 day period. If you have a query on an account this should be notified to this office as soon as possible following receipt of the account and certainly within 14 days.
WHAT FACTORING CHARGES CAN I EXPECT TO BE BILLED FOR?
Depending on your circumstances your six monthly invoice will include many of the following charges;
