Staff Structure
The Management Committee employs professional staff, led by the Executive Director, to undertake the day to day running of the Association.
There are over 20 staff currently employed by Linthouse Housing Association. Most of these are office based, but a small number work at our Sheltered Units.
Our office staff are divided into three main Departments – Housing Management, Maintenance and Finance each led by a Manager who reports directly to the Executive Director who is responsible for ensuring that Linthouse Housing Association provides it’s tenants with a high quality responsive and transparent service.
