Management Committee

Committee of Management

The Association is managed by a voluntary Management Committee who are committed to the improvement of housing conditions in the Association's areas of operation.  The Committee determines the policy of the Association and has overall responsibility for the running of the organisation although this is delegated to the senior staff on a daily basis.

The Association’s Management Committee is elected annually at its AGM, which usually takes place in June.  If you are interested in joining the Committee you must first become a
member. 


The Association currently has three Sub-Committees – Finance, Maintenance and Housing Management.  These groups meet on a bi monthly basis to discuss matters relating to the relevant section.
